Margaret Flaherty has been in the Real Estate field since 1978.  Initially she worked as an escrow agent in California.  In 1981 she started working at family owned Mock Realty Company.   Starting as the secretary for Mock Realtyÿs real estate department, she eventually took on the duties of the office manager and bookkeeper for Mock Realtyÿs management department.  In 1982 she became a licensed broker associate and continued her career in real estate management for many years and more recently a career as a Realtor.  Over the years, Margaret has managed single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, commercial space, homeowners associations, apartment buildings and a trailer park, throughout BoulderCounty.    As a Realtor, Margaret has been able to utilize her knowledge of the management of real estate as a listing agent and selling agent.    She has worked with investors, lenders, title companies, builders, general contractors, city personal and various different vendors associated with housing over the years.   Margaret is a Member of the Boulder Area Board of Realtors, Information and Real Estate Services (IRES) and the Boulder Area Apartment Association.  She is also working with City of Boulder as a participating Realtor in its newly formed Affordable Housing Program and is Green Points Certified.  Margaret has been married to her husband Nick since 1980.  Together they have raised their two beautiful children, Chelsey and Gavin in Boulder.  The Flahertyÿs enjoy the outstanding community and environment of Boulder and BoulderCounty that we are all blessed with.                  Margaret has assisted many people over the years in finding housing that suits their needs.  You will find that Margaret Flaherty is an honest, caring, ethical and professional Realtor and she welcomes the opportunity to assist you in the sale or purchase of your investment.
